What Marketplace is

Marketplace lets independent stores sell their products online. Each product page shows the store that sells it. The store is responsible for the product, its description and its delivery; Marketplace runs the website, the checkout and the payments.

Payments

  • Prices are in euros and include everything you pay at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Marketplace never sees or stores your full card details. The charge appears on your statement from Marketplace.
  • A purchase is confirmed only when Stripe confirms the payment. You see the status in your account.

Digital products

Files that come with a product are available in your account after the payment is confirmed. They are for your personal use; don't share or resell them unless the store says you can.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying, as described in the Refund policy.

Your account

  • Keep your password private. You can buy without an account and create one later with the same email.
  • We may suspend accounts or stores that break these terms, sell prohibited products or commit fraud.

For stores

  • Stores get paid through Stripe after identity and bank checks, minus the platform commission shown in the dashboard.
  • On a refund the store gives back its share of the amount and pays the Stripe fee of that payment.
  • Stores with many refunds or disputes can have their products hidden or their store suspended.
